They listen and are very supportive of patients and families. I am very grateful to Dr. Solano because he always helps me and listens to me to try to improve my mother.

There is a lack of empathy and professionals are almost all bad people if they need a superior to visualize the work of psychiatrists.

The treatment is shameful. I called on the phone to ask about some appointments that changed and it turns out that the woman was not able to go to breakfast peacefully and was doing nothing more than speaking to me with an air of superiority when at all times I was speaking to her with respect. It was already necessary to transfer the consultations to this specialty center, especially for me in the mental health consultations as a patient, since the consultations at the Virgen de la Luz hospital were depressing, for the doctors, nurses and all the professionals, sick and relatives.
